CR 2.0 and issues with db authentication

We recently purchased the CrystalReports Viewer 2.0 through Snowcovered.com and have already seen some fantastic results, right out of the box!  :)  Setup was easy and well documented.  However, even though we are using the correct connection information to obtain access to the db, we are still always prompted for that connection information just before the report is run.  Thius issue affects all of our reports.

Here are the settings for the report, which show the correct connection information (these same credentials are successfully used when prompted the second time):

When I run the report, it first asks for some dynamic values:

 

Then I am prompted to authenticate, again:

 

Any idea why I am being prompted for the same db connection credentials the second time around?
