Une question sur nos modules?

You will find in the "filter settings" section in the standard strategy a transform list. You can set any characterthat you want replace. By default, the space character will be replace by "-"

You can also set a specific transform list for catalook in the "filter settings" of the catalook rewrite rules , you need to check "Override Filtering Settings" in "Overriding Settings".

Set the replace value to "_" and verify that you have space character in source Value.

For the seconbd issue, i don 't understand what do you mean by " to put searches in the menu".  The advanced categories rewriting works fine with the CAT_MenuNF module and all other links to advanced categories too (when we don't configure url on advanced category). I have try to configure an url to the page where i have installed the CAT_ItemPaneNF and it works  fine too. 

Did you a rewrite rule for the catalook modules in the modules specific strategies section ? Can you detailled your issue or/and give us an url where we can see your issue ?
