    Dear Sir,

    I’m using dnn platform version 7.2.1 & catalook 6.6.7.

Ι’m also using Aricie URL provider 2.5.5 but Catalook URL rewriter does not function.

In previous versions of Aricie module and in the tab “Default Strategy” there was in an obvious site the Catalook URL rewrite rule. With drag & drop someone could make the rule. But, this rule there is not any more in 2.5.5 version.

In tab “Module Strategies”, when you press the button edit host configuration and then Module providers, there is installed the Catalook URL rewriter. According to the program instructions, Catalook URL rewriter should be activated automatically, but this does not happen!!

Is there something additional should be done to be activated Catalook URL rewriter?

The manual of your program describes a version older than 2.5.5 and this incommodes the administrators.

Please, tell me if is really necessary to proceed with the one-hour support or to advise me what I should do in order to make this module functioning well combined with Catalook.

      Hi,

Last release contains upgraded rewriting providers for a series of modules including Catalook, in a distinct "Aricie.FriendlierUrlProvider.StandardUrlRewriters.DNN6" assembly dll file, with distinct DNN version requirements. Can you check that you fit in, and test starting over from scratch with a fresh module install ?

If a previous version was installed, you might need to upgrade the providers configuration file at the root of the module directory if it still makes use of the older providers, the new default configuration file should contain the proper type names.

When your providers are up-to-date, you also need to have a dedicated Catalook module strategy.
There's a command button to import default module strategies.

Can you confirm that you have the new providers configured together with the default module strategy existing or imported?

      Regards

Yes, we can confirm that (fresh dnn installation, latest aricie etc)
Its imposible to find Catalook URL rewrite rule in order to drag and drop in the rule.
