I received this error whne updating the module from 1.8.8 to 1.9.0

Change the direct reference to use version 1.9.7.0 (or higher) of Aricie.DNN

Could you try to delete the content of the folder 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\'?
It looks like some files need to be refreshed with this upgrade.
Is lightfilter.ascx your ownership? It seems that it's a part of your skin main.ascx in 'cpvph'.
