Error: Aricie.ModeratedHtml is currently unavailable

what version of text/html did you have on your dotnetnuke?
Could you check in dotnetnuke event log if you have a more explicit error?

I'm using text\html module 04.08.01.. and DNN version is 4.09 .00

The version of Moderated HTML is downloaded from aricie is  00.08.01 . But the version mentioned in the Doc is 3.3.0.

Anyhow i have deleted the TEXT\HTML module which exits by default in the DNN and tried installing the MODERATEDHTML Module.

This is the Module Exception present in Eventlog table in DNN .....

where you are log as host, you have this error :
Could not load type 'Aricie.DNN.Modules.ModeratedHtml.ModeratedHtml
Could you check in your bin folder if Aricie.DNN.Modules.ModeratedHtml.ModeratedHtml.dll is there?
For the version 3.3.0. it's the version of the text/html module, not the moderatedhtml one. It's an older version of yours, you don't have to upgrade your version.
ModeratedHtml needs the html module to work, so you don't have to delete it.
