A critical error has occurred.

No Actually e.g. like 2 fields 1) Email and Phone to make required field so can i do like that "Email is Required" ,Phone is required?

2)Can i send Email from the email Address of form ?

3)if we edit the field name with this $ sign i am getting this error "Unable to find control with id"

For the first point, this functionality not exist yet. Concerning the second point, the email address of sender is define in DotNetNuke parameters.

For the last point, you have an error because the specials characters are prohibited due to they are use for the controls id and especially the $ character.
