Using DNN 7.0.3 and your most recent search I have a couple of issues.
Ever time I tick Enable document indexation in Portal Settings -> Indexing tab, the page refreshes and comes back with the tick box unticked.
I know the search is going into documents, but I want to control which documents it see's.
The same thing happens when I tick the auto-complete option.

Hello,
I can't seem to reproduce the problem you describe (i am testing under DNN 7.0.0). Both checkboxes post back correctly to the server and display their corresponding settings afterwards. Maybe it is due to event validation problems: could you check your DNN event log to see if there are messages about this parameter? If so, it possible to disable this check to allow the interface to postback correctly to the web server in the web.config. If not please let me know if you see any other error messages.
Best regards,
Samy

Samy:
Thanks for the response. I have checked the event viewer and nothing shows up as an error.
How would I go about disabling the check?
Cheers.

THe event validation is a value in the web.config file for your website. Could you grant me temporary access to your install of LuceneSearch and event log so i can have a quick look at the problem. Also you could try to disable the ajax settings for the module, if the rest doesn't work. But i'd really like to see if it is a problem on our side or on your configuration.
Best regards,
Samy

I will have to try and organise something next week with my IT team as I don't have access to be able to do such things.
I will let you know. Thanks.
