Ghost Hotspot Image on Hover

We have installed HTML Map Maker module v. 1.0.4 on a DNN 7.1.2 platform, using a .png map image we have imported. We have configured a hover effect to show html content using the circular hotspot option, activating a hyperlink when clicked.

There is an issue where the hover will show a second, "ghost" image of the hotspot (although it is a square reproduction, not circular). This ghost image is positioned such that some of the time it does not show, possibly because it is out of the bounds of the map image?

Hi,

Perhaps this error comes from displaying hotspot image in PNG format. We have fixed it in the latest version of HTML Map Maker (1.4.1).
However, could you give me the url of your website? I will try to figure out exactly what is your problem.

We have tried regenerating the hotspots, but no luck.

The page on the site currently has a static map showing, with the Map Maker module hidden from the public. Please contact me at my email address for the login credentials to access the module.

Just checked our version... it's 1.4.0. How can we get the newest version to fix this issue?

It was purchased 12/13/13.
