Minor enhancement suggestion

Hi there,

Just a small suggestion to improve the workflow in PageFlip... there needs to be a link to take the module operator from the page with the three large options icons, back to the page with the module on it. I keep finding myself with no way out after creating a book or checking settings (the page with the module is not on the menu).
