After some fumbling, I was able to upload a PDF (8½" x 11" printed, finished pages) and create the pages.  When I view the book, all I can see is the first page.  The page is cropped on the right and bottom.  The position is pushed very far down the page.  Top & Bottom margins from 0 to 300 did nothing to reposition the book on the page.  And because the book is so far down the page, it covers the navigation toolbar so I can’t get to page 2 and test further.
Also, Autosize with and without physical does nothing to resize the page and eliminate the cropping issue.  Toolbar distance to the book does nothing to eliminate the hidden toolbar issue.
Setting Page Height & Width also did not affect the size of the page.
It seems that no matter the settings, nothing changes and the book is not properly viewable.  Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
Thanks

Hi,
It seems that you have to reduce size of the pages. Be carefull that those kind of settings needs you import your pdf again and overwrite the existing book.
Could we have an URL to see what it looks like ?
Regards,
How do I reduce the pages?  This is a newsletter that is both printed and electronic.  The PDF needs to have the page size it has for the printed distribution.

Can you try to set the "Page Width" and "Page Height" to the values they had when you imported the pdf and check "Activate Autosize" but uncheck "Autosize physically" ?
"Autosize physically" will not work if you don't reimport the pdf after checked this. But you don't need this to autosize the pages.
Regards.
I tried what you suggested.  I didn't work.  I also tried several other possible combinations of settings.  Nothing changes.  Setting margins is useless, the book still sits on the page in exactly the same location, the pages are cut off and the toolbar is under the book.
I set the top/bottom margins to 0 and to 1000.  In both cases nothing changed.  So it appears that the margin setting is useless.
I've set the page size to as small as 85 wide/110 high and 850 wide/1100 high and nothing changes.  The size settings are useless.
I have tried "autosize" with and without the physical setting.  In both cases, with the different page sizes I set, I had the exact same results, the book still sits on the page in exactly the same location, the pages are cut off and the toolbar is under the book.  The autosize and autosize physical options are useless.
I have tried using the small page for both small and large on the page management page as well as trying just to use the large images.  In both cases the book still sits on the page in exactly the same location, the pages are cut off and the toolbar is under the book.  Again, the settings are totally useless.  PageFLip uses what it wants without regard to the settings.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
