Bulk Import - nothing happens

When i try to import a PDF File i only see "Creating Book Pages" and nothing happens. I can wait 30 minutes and it's always the same. DotNetNuke 06.02.06 and PageFlip Version 7

Hi,

I think this error coming from problem of 32-bit/64-bit server. Perhaps, you have installed PageFlip 32-bit on 64-bit server.
(Or maybe you have installed PageFlip 64-bit on your 64-bit Windows server which you have turned on 32-bit mode)

Please make sure the version of PageFlip (32 or 64bit) is correspondent with your server.
Then PageFlip will work correctly.

I've tried both version, and its the same error with booth version.

Did you install Aricie.Shared?
PageFlip needs our library to function correctly.

Get it free : Aricie.Share 1.7.1

Hi,

thanks for your help. We found the error. After uninstall all parts and new install the version it works fine. First time the 32bit version was installed and we updated with the 64bit version. Looks like this was the error.
