My book is not visible on the site page

I have created my first Page Flip book, and whilst it works if I copy the direct link into another browser window - it is not showing in my DNN site page.

It appears to show a book that is open on page 0 (even though I have adjusted the settings to open book on page one).

Any ideas about how you "activate" a book?
