I'm a little confused on how to create a page specific rule.  I added a new page rule and selected the page in the drop down menu.  I'm confused on what to type in the blank field to the right.  I assume this is where I put in the syntax.  What syntax do I enter into the right blank box if I want the url to simply be the page name appended with .aspx.

    The url is currently:

    http://www.mysite.com/Default.aspx?tabid=58

I want the url to be:

    http://www.mysite.com/my-page.aspx

The name of the page the is:

    My Page

How do I make this happen?

I have the same question. My company is looking for a good friendly URL solution and after install the trial version, all the URL back to original quary string format as the one you have:

      http://domain.com/Default...p;amp;language=en-US

As long as we can make the URL the same way as on this website's nav menu, we will purchase the FriendlyURL provider for sure!

Hi, and sorry Gopher for the post unchecked

This is normal behaviour: after the module is installed and enabled (did you check the corresponding checkbox?), you should see in the configuration form that Friendly urls are disabled for admin users by default.

This is to prevent unnecessary processing/storage of all the editing/admin urls, though you can change that if you wish.

Let me know if you manage to get the desired behaviour, and don't forget to check the various inline help labels.

        Regards,
