Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Web'

I receive the following error when I try to view a report:
Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Web, Version=12.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

I copied version 12.0.2 of CrystalDecisions.Web.dll, CrystalDecisions.Shared.dll, and CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.dll into the /bin folder but I stiil receive the same error.
How can I fix this error?
