LuceneSearch with Document Exchange and DNN6

    I'm trying to test out the software prior to purchase. I have Document Exchange checked in the Indexing content settings and Query Settings. However, it is not accessing any information from the DMX modules, just the HTML modules. Is that because it is the trial version? I've tried running reindex installation in Document Exchange, reindexing in Lucene. Is there some setting in DMX or Lucene that I need to set in addition?

      Hello Kathryn

      It looks like you managed to install the module correctly since you can access the indexing settings. Regarding integration of LuceneSearch with DMX, could you please send us the version number of the DMX module you're using. There is a breaking change between version 5 and version 6 which could explain why your documents are not properly processed.

      Could you also look in the event log of your DotNetNuke installation to see if you can find the errors that are related to the search indexer and DMX? If so, could you copy them here so we can analyze what poses the problem in depth?

        We published a new version of LuceneSearch compatible with DMX 6. Please download the latest trial (v1.5.3) on our website to try it out.
